Training

The Management of the Health and Safety at Work Act Regulations require that all staff have sufficient training to enable them to work safely.

The key word is sufficient.  All employees should, for example have training in manual handling (the lack of this training is the greatest factor in losing claims for injury at work).  This may be as short as a 3 minute video for office staff or a half day accredited course for warehouse workers.  We have a bank of training videos and presentations ranging from 2 minute "tool box talks" to full sessions on-line. Evidence of the provision of suitable training is best demonstrated by simple questionnaires which are provided for completion and filing in personnel records.  Many clients will find that their support packages include all the training they will ever need free of charge

Bespoke Courses

We generally provide the training in your own premises, so that the subject can be sector and site-specific. People learn more effectively when they can relate what they are learning to what they actually do in practice.
